Veedol Brand of lubricants, continues to grow its distribution network in Canada, this time extending its reach into the prairies by signing APD (Automotive Parts Distributors) as its exclusive distributor for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.  This agreement with Automobile Solutions Americas Inc., the official Canadian licensee of the Veedol brand, APD will be able to deliver this historic brand to customers in those provinces.Right from our first meeting in their Edmonton office we felt that they would be the right partner to spread our wings in Alberta. “  Said Sunil Bantwal, Sales Manager for Veedol products at Automobile Solutions Americas Inc.  Bantwal continues, “We are very happy to be working with a company as successful as APD.  They have built a distribution network across 3 provinces delivering top level service and great brands to their customer base.  Now they can count Veedol as one of the top brands they can offer their customer.”
Selecting APD as the Veedol distributor in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba allows the Veedol brand to be well represented in those provinces.  APD has retained the best skilled people in the Canadian Aftermarket and designed comprehensive internal training processes and operating procedures second to none which totally focuses on serving APD shop clients. Their depth of industry knowledge coupled with the defined focus of the APD Executive Team and Field Territory Managers cannot be matched by any automotive parts distribution company. APD stands alone and is very unique in this field of endeavor.

“We are excited to align with a brand with such significant history. Choosing to distribute a product that was chosen by Henry Ford for his Model T over 100 years ago is an exciting proposition.” Said Zara Wishloff Vice President of Sales and Marketing at APD.   Wishloff continues, “Many manufacturers are trusting us with exclusive distribution. We have our clients’ trust to do the due diligence on quality products, this allows them to focus on other areas of their business, like productivity and shop efficiency. This three way partnership between manufacturer, distributor and service provider works very well for us and has allowed us all to grow in a tough economic environment.”

The signing of this agreement is not only for supply of products, but also includes Veedol’s support to develop dynamic marketing initiatives that will grow sales of the Veedol brand of Lubricants to the APD Distribution network.  Together Veedol and APD will work to grow sales throughout the APD branches into the market.

“I am looking forward to supporting APD and help them grow their sales of Veedol products.” Said Antonio Ramos, Marketing Manager for ASA Inc., the Canadian supplier of Veedol Lubricants.  Ramos adds, “With their reach in those three provinces and APD’s record of success, it will be exciting working with the team at APD to best connect the Veedol products with their customers.”
